NC licensed Broker Renee Cerwin began her real estate career over 30 years ago. After working at another firm, then dealing with the headache of running her own real estate company, she could not pass up the opportunity to work with two of the people she admires most in the industry, Ann Wood and Scot Williams. After years of working actively with them, Renee became a full time referral agent at the end of 2024 still under their leadership.
A Clemson University graduate, Renee moved to Charlotte in 1983 and worked in sales and marketing until she married in 1992. She and her husband Eric were blessed with three children, Logan, Savannah and Graham. In recent years, she has been doubly blessed with two awesome sons in law and the wonderful gift of two grandsons; Archie (Logan and Mike Yusuf) and Walker (Savannah and Mitch Wagner).
After the passing of Renee’s husband in 2019, she moved from the Eastover neighborhood to the Cotswold area. Anyone who wants someone to boast about the benefits of raising a family in Eastover, Renee’s your girl. A member of Christ Lutheran church, you can most likely find Renee on an American Airlines flight to Ohio or Colorado to see those grandsons, spending as much time as possible with her 95-year-old Mother in SC or road tripping with her two best friends from high school to Isle of Palms, SC.
