NC/SC licensed Broker Renee Cerwin began her real estate career 15 years ago. After 10 years of juggling her love of selling houses with the headache of running her own real estate company, she could not pass up the opportunity to work with two of the people she admires most in her industry, Ann Wood and Scot Williams.
A Clemson University graduate, Renee moved to Charlotte in 1983 and worked in sales and marketing until she married in 1992. She accredits this background with the ease at which she can read her clients and simplify their home selling and buying process. She and her husband Eric have three children, Logan-25; Savannah-21 and Graham-20. She lives in the Eastover neighborhood where she has previously volunteered at Eastover Elementary, Alexander Graham Middle and Myers Park High schools. A member at Christ Lutheran church, she loves living vicariously through the lives of her three very different children, spending as much time as possible with her two high school best friends and navigating this thing called an “empty nest”.
